SaaS

SaaS means the publisher uses the platform, not manages the server.

SaaS stands for 'Software as a Service': the software is not installed and maintained by the publisher on their own server, but provided as a managed service. With a traditional site, the publisher must worry about hosting, servers, databases, CMS updates, plugins, compatibility, backups, security, performance, CDN, firewalls, and technical support. With Webmaster360, the platform is already managed, updates are handled by the team, security is centrally managed, and infrastructure is included.

The publisher doesn't buy hosting. They enter a managed editorial platform.

Simplicity

The tech side is there, but it shouldn't weigh on the newsroom.

Servers, cache, backups, firewalls, updates, continuous integration, media storage, CDN, anti-bot rules, maintenance, and disaster recovery are infrastructural aspects that should remain invisible to the publisher.

European cloud on DigitalOcean.

Webmaster360's main infrastructure runs on cloud via DigitalOcean in Ireland: European data center, recognized international provider, environment designed for scalability, stability, and centralized management. No physical servers for the publisher to manage, no generic shared hosting — a platform designed for editorial projects.

Images, documents, and media managed on dedicated infrastructure.

The media layer is managed separately from the application: cover images, attached images, documents, static files, and editorial media are managed on Amazon AWS S3 as object storage, with efficient static content distribution and integration with caching/CDN where applicable. This ensures greater stability compared to media saved locally on the application server.

Cloudflare protects and accelerates Webmaster360 sites.

Cloudflare is used as an additional layer of protection, caching, security, firewall, anti-bot, unwanted traffic mitigation, unauthorized scraping protection, and tampering attempt protection. Firewall and anti-bot rules are activated for all sites, and the team updates rules over time to address new issues, abuse attempts, scraping, or emerging threats.

Automatic backups, redundancy, and recovery plans.

The platform provides automated incremental backups, daily and weekly backups, copies on external systems outside DigitalOcean, disaster recovery logic, data loss protection, and recovery capability in case of serious technical issues — all centrally managed by the team.

For the publisher, all of this should be transparent: access, publish, and work. But behind that simplicity is constant infrastructural care.

TAGMOOD

Behind Webmaster360 is TAGMOOD S.R.L., a tech company with over twenty years of web experience.

TAGMOOD S.R.L. has over 20 years of web presence, experience in nationally significant digital projects, specialization in web solutions, and expertise in platforms, digital publishing, performance, infrastructure, advertising, and custom development.

Webmaster360 is not a makeshift CMS, but a platform managed by a tech company that has been working on the web for over twenty years.

Continuous integration

A single platform, continuously updated.

01

A single platform, continuously updated.

Webmaster360 is not installed once and then left in the publisher's hands. The platform is developed and continuously improved by the TAGMOOD technical team. Through a continuous integration flow, updates are prepared, verified, tested, and centrally deployed to the platform. The team develops new features, fixes bugs, improves performance, updates security, optimizes components, tests updates, and releases changes. Webmaster360 sites receive updates simultaneously or nearly so, and the publisher doesn't need to update anything manually.

02

A platform that evolves without dumping work on the publisher.

Webmaster360 is updated and maintained by the TAGMOOD team: platform updates, new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, technical adjustments, new security rules, infrastructural maintenance, and system evolution over time. On many traditional CMS platforms, the publisher must handle core updates, plugin updates, theme compatibility, conflicts, downtime, and pre-update backups. With Webmaster360, updates are part of the service.

03

Every new development becomes part of the platform's heritage.

Webmaster360 is a single, shared platform. When the team develops a new feature, a SEO improvement, a technical fix, a new automation, a security update, or a performance optimization, this improvement can be deployed to the entire platform. The publisher isn't buying frozen software: they enter an ecosystem that has already benefited from years of development, continues to evolve, receives new features, and is maintained by a dedicated team.

Performance

Fast pages thanks to application cache and Cloudflare.

Webmaster360 uses application-level caching, very fast page generation times, Cloudflare cache, edge distribution, asset optimization, image management, efficient media loading, and reduced server load for greater stability during traffic spikes.

Performance isn't just about speed: it's also about stability.

The Webmaster360 team works to maintain high technical quality: fast loading, stable layout, CLS attention, correctly sized images, integrated ad placements, reduced sudden shifts, mobile experience, and updates aligned with Core Web Vitals criteria.

Security shouldn't depend on yet another plugin.

Many editorial sites manage security through plugins, manual updates, application firewalls installed in the CMS, configurations left to a technician, occasional patches, and non-specialized hosting. Webmaster360 centralizes the platform, updates, firewall rules, Cloudflare protection, backups, maintenance, application hardening, and technical controls.

Designed for the real rhythm of editorial sites.

An editorial site doesn't have constant traffic: breaking news, Google Discover, Google News, social media, push notifications, newsletters, sports events, local news, live coverage, and viral articles generate sudden spikes. The platform must handle many requests in a few minutes, heavy media, ad formats, mobile users, and freshly published content.

An editorial site must handle frequent publishing, sudden spikes, traffic from Discover, social media, Google News, and push notifications. Multi-level caching helps keep the site fast and stable.

All included

Hosting, cache, security, backup, and updates are included in the service.

The publisher doesn't need to buy separate hosting or manage external servers. Everything is included in the platform: application hosting, cloud management, backups, security, cache, Cloudflare, media management, updates, continuous integration, new features, maintenance, technical support, and ongoing optimizations.

The publisher no longer has to piece together hosting, developer, plugins, CDN, backups, security, and updates. Webmaster360 is born as a managed ecosystem.
