Ecosystem
Monetization shouldn't be a collection of disconnected pieces.
Many publishers manage programmatic with separate scripts, load local banners by hand, struggle to track direct sponsors, insert affiliate links without standards, manage article marketing outside the CMS, deal with scattered reports, and use ad formats that hurt UX or performance. The result: it's hard to understand how much traffic is really worth.
Programmatic
Programmatic is managed by eADV, the project's exclusive partner.
Programmatic advertising on Webmaster360 sites is managed by eADV, the exclusive partner of the project. If the publisher is not yet registered with eADV, they will need to complete the registration process as required. When the Webmaster360 site is activated, the accounts are linked, and the publisher is compensated by eADV according to the terms, reports, and schedule defined in the agreement. The publisher does not need to install separate scripts, plugins, or ad systems for programmatic.
eADV has developed PerformBID, a proprietary optimization algorithm for sold ad spaces, from which Webmaster360 sites can automatically benefit within the programmatic management context.
Formats
Ad formats designed for the site, not randomly placed.
Ad placements are designed to coexist with content, UX, performance, and layout. They are not added randomly.
Standard formats
- Billboard
- Desktop aside
- In-content
- Related / end of article
- Bottom
- Other standard formats as configured
High-impact formats
- Video
- Skin
- Overlay
- Interstitial
- Other special formats, where applicable and compatible
Direct ad slots
Publishers can continue selling direct advertising.
Webmaster360 reserves slots that can be managed directly by the publisher for their own clients: local newspapers with community clients, sports sites with sponsors, vertical magazines with industry brands, networks with cross-site campaigns, and internal self-promotion.
Creative and format management
Advertiser access, where applicable
Campaign reports and performance
Self-service, no external plugins
Mini ad server
A built-in mini ad server inside Webmaster360.
The publisher doesn't need external ad plugins or to ask a developer to load banners into the theme. Webmaster360 includes a system for creating campaigns, uploading banners, assigning placements, managing dates and duration, tracking performance, offering visibility to direct clients, using slots for self-promotion, and keeping local campaigns, sponsors, and programmatic slots organized.
Affiliate
Guides, reviews, and products can become affiliate opportunities.
The publisher can use the site to link to third-party affiliate systems, where relevant to the content. Webmaster360 includes a ready-made Amazon shortcode to display product boxes within articles. The publisher must have an Amazon Associates account and active Amazon Product Advertising API.
The author inserts the [amazon] shortcode and the system displays a product box with image, description, price, and product information updated via API. The publisher can earn commissions on sales according to the Amazon Associates program.
Ideal for technology magazines, cooking, home, sports, automotive, hobby, reviews, buying guides, rankings, tutorials, and evergreen content.
Use transparently, with products relevant to the content, without turning the article into a catalog. Respect the rules and disclosures required by affiliate programs.
Article marketing
Sponsored articles can become an additional commercial lever.
The publisher can also earn through the sale of sponsored articles, through two channels:
Sponsored content sold directly by the publisher
Local clients, community businesses, sports sponsors, niche brands, commercial activities, and direct partners.
Opportunities proposed by eADV
eADV may periodically propose collaborations with brands and companies. Webmaster360 publishers may receive article marketing or branded content opportunities. Publication takes place on the publisher's site, typically for an indefinite period as agreed, with an agreed one-time payment.
Opportunities are proposed periodically, when available, based on compatibility, target audience, and commercial agreements.
